Lightwater Childminder with vacancies

Hi my name is Diane, I have been childminding for two and a half years, ranging from babies to 11 years olds moving on to Secondary school. I have a warm friendly family home offering flexible & supportive childcare within walking distance to Lightwater Country Park, schools, preschools and shops. I use the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) to guide the individual care I give, that enables me to meet yours and your child's needs,with variety, choice and support as they grow and develop. I follow the seasons and the festive calendar to give the inspiration for our activities as well as the childrens own interests. I help the children express themselves through various creative means involved in Arts and crafts, cooking, going out & about ie Feed ducks, music group, baby & toddler group and childminder group (for them to have greater opportunity to mix with others of different ages),shops, Garden Centres (choosing the flowers to put in the kitchen),Pet centre at Nottcuts and the Aquarium shop. We celebrating each other's birthdays usually by having a party.

Ofsted inspected 28th Sept 2010 Overall rating: GOOD
Outcomes for children in the Early Years Foundations Stage: OUTSTANDING
A memeber of NCMA through whom I have public liability insurance.
Early Years First Aid updated in October 2010.

My services are available 48 weeks a year, Mon - Fri 7.30 - 6pm
I can take full time, part-time and occassional bookings and offer Term Time only contracts for those that need them.
