Hi my name is Dawn, I am a childminder in Stapenhill, Burton on Trent. I have been a childminder for 6 years, am Ofsted registered and first aid trained. I have an NVQ3 in Early Years Care and Education, and continue to up date my training. I have 3 grown children of my own and have a happy relaxed family household. I encourage the children to learn through fun and everyday experiences, we attend local toddler groups, library sessions, lots of outdoor fun and lots of arts and crafts. I promote sharing and friendship amongst the children whilst having fun too. All childcare is carried out on one floor with a downstairs toilet and doors leading to the garden. I have always maintained good, positive relationships with all my parents and know the importance of sharing information with them to ensure total inclusion in their childs activities of the day. hi i live in branston and need childcare for my 8 month old daughter from 19th july as im returning to work, work pattern will be mon-fri 9.30-2.30 so will need it to be an hour before i start until an hour after i finish, although my partner works shifts so i wont be needing childcare everyday. i also have a 5yr old daughter who will need to be taken to rykneld primary school an picked up again at 3.10
