Childminder - Oakhurst

Hello,

My name is Andraya and I live at the address below with my husband Kev, my son Noah who was 1 on the 11th April this year and step-children Daisy age 11 and Cody age 8.

I am registered as a Childminder on the Early Years register and the Compulsory and Voluntary Childcare register with Ofsted. I’ve completed the Introduction to Childcare Practice course and passed the exam and hold a current Paediatric First Aid certificate (expires 17th March ’13). I’ve attended other courses including Safeguarding Children and Observation & Assessment, and am booked to attend many other training courses. I am a member of the National Child Minding Association (NCMA), Trio Childcare Connections and the Family Information Service.

As a parent you will want to make sure that you have made the right decision for your child. You will undoubtedly want the best and therefore require an environment in which your child can be cared for, is safe, secure and of course fun. It needs to provide the correct balance of emotional, social and educational stimulation, whilst remaining professional, within a home-from-home setting. My family home offers all of this and any child that joins my home setting becomes part of the family.
