Childminder in NW3

I am a newly registered Ofsted Childminder. My childminding service, 'Lil Monsters' aims to bring a creative, fun packed and nurturing approach to caring for your little ones. I work from my house in NW3 where I live with my husband, 2 children aged 8 and 10yrs and family cat 'Goldie'. Living close to Hampstead Heath I take advantage of all the outdoor activities such as playgrounds, ponds and wildlife, nature walks and children's drop-ins. I like to get out and about making use of all that Hampstead Village has to offer with trips to Keats House and Library and children's activities at Fenton and Burgh House. Trips to London Zoo and museums are also taken regularly.

In my previous career I was a Director of a Design Agency and like to put my artistic skills into practice when caring for children, always taking a creative approach to learning and play. I became a childminder to allow me to have flexibility to be there for my own children and fulfil my dream of working with children. I take my role as a carer very seriously and have a very professional approach to caring for and nurturing your 'Lil Monsters'.

I have two young children of my own and therefore have much experience in caring for them. I have also been a working mother and employed a childminder in the past and so understand the anxieties of returning to work and leaving your little one with a carer.

I have recently completed the 'Being a competent Childminder Course' and St John Ambulance Paediatric First Aid Course.
