Diana Lawton, Linton, Swadlincote - Vacancies

I am a registered childminder (since 06.08) and work with another childminder full time and provide a lively setting with children on full/part time contracts.
I work from 7am to 5.45pm Mon- Fri and have 2 under 5 placements available soon and live near Swadlincote, South Derbyshire. I provide school runs to Linton Primary and Ashby Hilltop Primary.
My first Ofsted inspection in January '09 was judged as a 'Good' grade (full report available).
We provide a wide range of activities for the children in our care as well as those accessed through Monkey Club (the playgroup and play'n'stay I run - www.ourmonkeyclub.com). We go to the local softplay, love trips to the park and believe in fun, busy days.
I work closely with parents and carers to provide a consistent and supportive environment for children to find their own personality and pattern of development to ensure they become happy, secure, friendly and motivated individuals.
I have two children of 4 yrs and 6 yrs and have found this to be my greatest experience.
I am currently awaiting my certificate in NVQ III in Children's Care, Learning and Development and my Early Years Professional Status (EYPS) (03.10) which is a post graduate qualification showing excellence in Early Years. My initial degree was in Psychology. I have also completed many DCC courses including my Paediatric First Aid Certificate, Additional Needs, Food Safety and all the basic requirements for Ofsted.

I am looking for a childminder at present but only short term, my son is currently with a childminder but i have no choice but to take him out, because of my experience with this lady i am in the process of changing my job, so that i can look after my son by myself. So i am only looking for help for the next 8 weeks, my son is nearly 3.
