Childminder: Felicity's Childminding Lewes

Felicity's childminding will provide your child with a warm and welcoming environment and treat all children individually. I will encourage children to enjoy and achieve through play, activities and trips out into the wider community which in turn will give them new skills for the future.

I live in central Lewes in a large house with a large garden. My mother, husband and two daughters live with me. We have a cat and 7 hens down the garden.

A typical day at my house might include creative play, music, arts and crafts, large garden, healthy home-cooked food and lots of fun activities and outings provided each day. We have a vegetable garden where we grow our own vegetables and harvest them which we will use in the cooking. Each day will be planned specifically to suit your child and their needs/wants. If parents wish any particular activity to be included then this can be discussed.

My Experience
I currently care for two early years children (part time) and one reception class child.

My Qualifications
Trained primary school teacher, taught in wide variety of settings from reception to year 3. Currently works in local Montessori school. Mother of two girls aged two and three.
As a trained primary school teacher I have experience of working with children with special needs.

I charge £4.50 per hour with discounts for siblings.
