Childminder in Woking (Bisley)

My name is Lucia Barden and I am an OFSTED approved childminder. Whilst I have only recently completed my OFSTED training, I have been a Montessori Directress since 1995 and a mum ( :-) YAY!) since 2008.

I chose childminding as I wanted to be able to spend as much time as possible with my beautiful daughter whilst working with other children and helping them grow and develop to their full potential.

For the past 3 and a half years I’ve been a full time mum to my beautiful daughter but now I feel the time has come to start working again. The reason I have chosen childminding is because I love working with children, I want to use my knowledge and experience to make a difference in other children’s lives and it will enable me to continue staying at home for my own daughter. My Setting will follow the Montessori curriculum and Montessori principles.

My aim is to provide children with an educational experience that is truly engaging and that will stay with them for the rest of their lives. Using didactic materials your child will learn at their own pace and have fun along the way.
