Childminder in Anfield with Vacancies

I am a newly registered and am registered with OFSTED. I am a NVQ Level 3 qualified teaching assistant and have working in both mainstream and special schools for 3 years. I come from a large family with 2 sisters and 2 brothers. I live with my partner, Neil and we have 2 daughters aged 7 and 4. I renew my first aid certificate (Centered on babies & young children) every three years under OFSTED. OFSTED inspect me and my premises. I have Public Liability Insurance, which I renew yearly. As Registered a Childminder, we have Standard requirements under OFSTED. Some of which are to keep good records, for example, Accident/Incident Log, Attendance and Payment records, Contracts and Medical forms and record of any medicines given (only by parental written consent). These are kept confidential and secure on the premises. I also implement the new Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum.

I am aware of the importance to keep all the children and babies in my care happy, healthy, safe and secure. I provide a caring and sensitive approach to the way I look after all children in my care, with a lot of fun and laughter. Listening to them is very important in gaining more of an insight to their needs and emotions. Good behaviour is promoted by praising them and when behaviour is not so good, reasoning and or distraction is used, but I will deal with every situation fairly but firmly.

I have a great interest in Art with children of all ages. I have a good range of equipment, which they can use to create to their hearts content. There will be a basic routine, usually based around play and, of course, meal times. There will always be time for free play and all sorts of different activities with a wide range of a toy selection.
I will guide the children and encourage them in their activities; this will help with confidence, concentration and communication, with equal opportunities always apparent.\
