ofsted registered childminder in littleover derby

hi my name is nicky thorns i am a ofsted registered and crb checked childminder in littleover derby. i have 11 years experience in a nursery as the early years co-ordinator and outings co-ordinator and hold a nneb childcare qualification and child psychology degree as well as many others. i work alongside my sister who is also ofsted registered and crb checked she has been childminding for the past year and has a little boy of her own.
we use the downstairs of the house which contains a playroom a dinning room/kitchen and a downstairs toilet. we do a wide range of activities for example art work messy play story time music time etc. we go to the local park everyday which is at the bottom of the street (sunnydale park). we visit local toddler groups other childminders and go on visits to the zoo local farm soft play centres etc. we provide regular snacks to the children consisting of biscuit/fruit and they have regular drinks provided such as juice and water. we do school drop offs and pick ups i am currently doing ravensdale school in mickleover.
