Childminder with spaces

My name is Rebecca and I am a registered childminder in Newhaven, East Sussex. I live with my husband, son, and our cat, Merry.

Having recently become a mother I have decided that now would be an ideal time to become a registered childminder. I have previously had over ten years experience working with children; both as a nursery nurse and as a well-time nanny. being a mum has further added to my understanding of children and exactly what it is like for parents when it comes to leaving your child.

As well as my work experience I am qualified to level 3 and hold a level 2 in paediatric first aid. Both my husband and I hold a up to date CRB check.

Ant children I look after will have access to two rooms and the garden. The children will have free choice over which room and activities they wish to join in with. There will be an array of activities for them to choose from including messy play and art, cooking, quiet time games and books, role play, as well as small world and construction toys. The garden is made up of a patio area for bikes and a grassy area for ball games.

I will take the children on outings to various places, such as the park, library, beach, childminding and other drop-ins. I will also take the children on larger outings which will be previously arranged with you.

In addition to the aforementioned services I am also fully committed to providing a healthy and balanced lunch menu as well as morning and afternoon snacks.
